Six steps, start to keepsake

Enquire
Send your date or book a free 15-minute call. We reply within 24 hours with availability and a suggested collection.

Reserve
A simple agreement and a 35% retainer hold your date. The balance can be paid in up to three instalments.

Plan together
Three short questionnaires, spaced out so they never feel like homework: your details, your day’s timeline, then your creative wishes. You add your must-have moments here.

Your Hue session
For Whole Story and Heirloom couples, a relaxed conversation about colour, light and the feeling you want, ending with your Hue card.

The day
We arrive an hour before the first scheduled moment, already knowing your people and your plan. You will not have to explain anything twice.

Receive
Sneak peeks in about 72 hours, your full gallery by the date in your agreement, then your album and prints.
The true-to-colour promise
Skin that looks like skin.
Every complexion deserves to be seen accurately and beautifully.
We calibrate our cameras and screens, light for the person in front of us, and edit by hand for each skin tone in the frame. Whites stay white, golds stay gold, and your grandmother’s dress stays the exact shade she chose.
If a skin tone or colour looks off to you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will re-edit it.

When everything arrives
Dates are counted from your wedding and set in your agreement when you book.

| Within 5 weeks | Your full gallery, including every must-have moment. Express delivery in 2 weeks is available. |
| Within 1 week of gallery | Your guest gallery link, if included, ready to send to family and friends. |
| Within 10 weeks | Album design proof for you to review, with one round of changes. |
| Within 16 weeks | Your finished album, print box and Hue card, delivered to your door. |
| Your first anniversary | An invitation back for a relaxed anniversary session at our couples’ rate. |
