We collect only what you share with us: your names, contact details, wedding date and the details of your day. We use it to reply, plan and deliver your photographs.

We never sell your information or add you to marketing lists without asking. The planning letter is opt-in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

This site does not use advertising trackers. Small preferences, such as light or dark mode, your saved Hue card and your estimate, are stored on your own device and are only sent to us if you choose to include them in an enquiry.

Your photographs are stored securely and kept for five years, or longer if you choose the lifetime archive. You may ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@hueweddings.com.

Couples who book with us agree that we may use photographs from their wedding, with their first names and venue, in our portfolio and marketing, as described in our terms. You can opt out fully or in part by telling us in writing before your wedding.
